Hello there, we're looking for a killer :)

My name is Joel.

Myself, and my co-owner Steele run a creative paid advertising agency that has worked with some of the leading B2B & DTC brands in Aus, US & Canada over the past 8 years.

It’s our belief that ambitious brands need flexible creative partners to excel. Our model is simple: disruptive advertising powered by deep expertise. We believe the best way to create lasting, impactful results is with smaller, more experienced teams who truly love what they do.

We’ve worked with 415+ brands across 180 industries, generating over $823M in revenue for our clients - and we’re just getting started.

Who's the exceptional individual we are looking for:

We hate the word "all-rounder" at yikes, as we know in a fast-moving industry - learning just one major platform like Meta, Google or TikTok is a challenge in itself.

Anyone who lives and breathes Facebook advertising, consumer psychology, Meta ads design and copywriting will love this role.

Please note, you must be a hands-on operator - we will take care of creative strategy and briefing, we need a designer, video editor & copywriter to action it.

You don’t need to break down every Meta Ads metric (but if you can, even better)

The rest, we can teach you :)
