About the role

You'll support NDIS participants with: Community access and social participation

Daily living skills

Personal care (where required) Household tasks and meal preparation

Transport to appointments and activities

Working towards individual goals while promoting independence, dignity, and choice

We're looking for people who:

Are kind, dependable, and proactive Have excellent communication skills Respect diversity and are committed to inclusive practice

Hold (or are willing to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, First Aid & CPR, driver's licence, and reliable vehicle

Have qualifications or experience in disability, mental health, aged care, or community services (desirable but not essential)
