Youth Worker - Ipswich

National Networks Plus (NNP) is the only Not-for-Profit staffing agency operating in Australia. Duties include:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with the people you support.
  • Follow established care plans.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Respond to crisis situations, offering immediate support and collaborating with appropriate authorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, assessments, and program outcomes.
  • Work positively and collaborate with team members to ensure the highest care and support provided.

Requirements:

YOUTH WORKER

  • Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or other relevant field (eg: Disability, Mental Health etc.) - Or working toward
  • Hope & Healing Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
  • Current (Paid) Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)
  • Recent and relevant experience in a similar role
  • 2 professional supervisor references
  • Unrestricted Australian Driver's License
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance (or willing to obtain)
