About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and organised coordinator to join our Customer Connections team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination, scheduling, and customer interaction, and is keen to build their experience in the utilities or infrastructure sector.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating customer electricity connection works—keeping jobs on track, supporting customers, and working closely with internal teams and contractors to ensure smooth delivery.

You will be part of a stable and supportive team that works collaboratively toward a shared goal, in a fast-paced environment where your contribution helps deliver essential infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Schedule and reschedule customer connection works (e.g. new connections, civil works, subcontractors)
  • Book appointments with electricians and field crews within required timeframes
  • Manage multiple jobs at different stages and keep work progressing
  • Assist with billing processes and invoice approvals
  • Act as a key contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams
  • Track progress and ensure data is accurate and up to date
