Stretch 365 - Analyst Programmer

Due to continued growth, Stretch365 is seeking an Analyst Programmer to support the design, development, implementation and ongoing support of Microsoft Power Platform solutions across Stretch365 and client environments.

The Analyst Programmer will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable technology solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and associated Microsoft technologies.

Employment Details

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000–$85,000 + superannuation
Location: Hybrid – Sydney CBD office 2–3 days per week and client sites as required
Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 years' experience

Key Tasks

In the role of Analyst Programmer, duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Designing and developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Analysing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Configuring and customising Power Platform applications to meet business needs.
  • Testing, deploying, and maintaining Power Platform applications.
  • Integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and external systems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving application defects and performance issues.
  • Participating in solution design discussions and technical documentation.
  • Monitoring and enhancing application performance and reliability.
  • Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and user assistance for Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) deployed within Stretch365 and client environments.
  • Resolving incidents, managing service requests, and ensuring the reliability and performance of Power Platform applications.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience working across Microsoft Power Platform technologies and supporting the design, development and maintenance of business applications.

The role requires strong communication and documentation skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams and clients. The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple priorities within a professional services and client-facing environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney NSW 2000
