Full job description

We are advertising for the role of a Arboricultural team leader that is responsible for supervising and leading field crews in the safe, efficient, and professional delivery of arboriculture services. This role combines hands-on tree work with leadership, planning, client interaction, and strong safety oversight. We expect from a TL to motivate, inspire and develop all other members of staff and for yourself to have the same support from the company. In terms of day to day we expect the following :

Perform advanced arboricultural work including climbing, rigging, pruning, removals, and equipment operation.

  • Plan job workflows, traffic management, and site setups.
  • Ensure compliance with work orders, scope requirements, and client expectations.
  • Maintain high quality standards in all tree care operations.
  • Motivate and keep an upbeat positive workforce.
  • Conduct final checks inspections prior to leaving for work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
