Your next career opportunity
In this role, you will manage frontline academic and student enquiries across diverse health science disciplines.You will coordinate key program administration activities, ensuring compliant processes, accurate information, and smooth student lifecycles.

What you will deliver:

  • Provide end-to-end administration across the student lifecycle, including orientation, enrolments, timetabling, assessment, results and completions.

  • Manage frontline enquiries from students and staff, offering accurate policy advice and escalating complex matters where appropriate .

  • Support academic quality processes, including special consideration, academic progress, misconduct case management, and Board of Examiners meetings.

  • Coordinate documentation, reporting and process improvements that enhance program administration efficiency and consistency across the School .

  • Contribute to School activities and committees, including orientation, Open Day, recruitment events and education excellence initiatives.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification and bring experience coordinating complex administration within detailed policy frameworks.

  • Demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills, managing competing deadlines across multiple programs and activities.

  • Provide confident front-line enquiry support, gathering information, interpreting policy, and resolving or triaging diverse issues.

  • Communicate clearly with academics, students and partners, producing high-quality written documentation and guidance.

  • Use advanced MS Word and Excel effectively, and quickly learn systems such as StudentOne or similar platforms.

  • Bring experience from higher education, government or large organisations , and enjoy improving processes through continuous learning.
