Are you an experienced professional seeking greater flexibility while continuing to utilise your communication, relationship-building, and business development skills?

We are currently expanding across Australia and are seeking experienced professionals from backgrounds including sales, business development, recruitment, consulting, leadership, customer relationship management, and other client-facing roles.

This is a flexible remote opportunity suited to professionals who are self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently while following established systems and processes.

Important: This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. No fixed salary or hourly wage is provided. Earnings are based on individual performance, activity, and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional phone and Zoom consultations with prospective clients
  • Manage and follow up enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Provide information and guidance to individuals exploring professional development programs
  • Maintain accurate records and communication using online systems
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Work independently while managing daily priorities and objectives

About You

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, business development, recruitment, consulting, leadership, customer service, or another professional client-facing role

  • Confident using Zoom, online platforms, and digital communication tools
