☕ BARISTA / ALL-ROUNDER – UE BAGELSMiami | Palm Beach | Varsity Lakes

UE Bagels is on the hunt for a loud, outgoing, coffee-obsessed barista to bring the energy, personality and good vibes to our team across Miami, Palm Beach & Varsity Lakes!

We’re a busy, fast-paced bagel shop serving great coffee, fresh food and plenty of customers so we’re looking for someone who can keep up, have a laugh and still smash out consistently great coffees.

WE HAVE 2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

☕ PART-TIME – 1–2 SHIFTS PER WEEK
Perfect for someone looking for a second job, extra hours around study, or a little more work on the side.

☕ PART-TIME – 4–5 SHIFTS PER WEEK
For someone looking for more consistent hours and who wants to become a regular part of the UE Bagels team.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ year barista experience, preferably in a busy, high-volume environment
  • Someone who is confident, outgoing and has a big personality
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys chatting with customers and working as part of a team
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
  • Strong coffee skills and an understanding of good coffee
  • Someone who can confidently jump between coffee, food prep, service and general café duties
  • Flexible and happy to work across Miami, Palm Beach & Varsity Lakes
  • Weekend availability is essential
  • Reliable transport — car or reliable public transport access is a must
  • Available for shifts generally between 6am–2pm
  • Someone reliable, punctual and ready to get stuck in
