Job Summary

The Jack's Cafe Campaign Manager is responsible for planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, sales performance and customer loyalty. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, this role manages campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring activities are commercially effective, delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Manage campaign planning, execution, timelines and stakeholder communication.

  • Analyse customer insights, market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver successful campaigns.
