More effort less money.
Good if you're content with eating 3 square meals a day. A job for the complacent not for the ambitious ones. Pay is enough to barely survive each week not to live the boss life. mainly paid container rate not per hour therefore the boys are motivated to work straight through so they can leave earlier.
unpacking contents of freight containers on the pallets and wrapping completed pallets and staging of these wrapped pallets with a forklift. if boys work quicker their hourly earnings increase because they can leave when their job is done.
