More effort less money.
Team Leader (Former Employee) - Erskine Park NSW - 24 January 2021
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedGood if you're content with eating 3 square meals a day. A job for the complacent not for the ambitious ones. Pay is enough to barely survive each week not to live the boss life. You'll end up being a window shopper looking at all the things you can't afford in the store because you are on 700 dollars or less for 5 days of work. The work isn't too difficult though.
Cons
Pay is 30 percent under the national average.

Container unloader (Former Employee) - Sydney NSW - 22 May 2020
Overall a great company to work for and a bunch of good blokes to work with. There is work available providing you do the right thing by the company and your fellow workers by showing up on time and enthusiastic ready to complete the set out work. It's not for everybody. It's fast paced and heavy lifting is required at times and resstacking pallets in a fast paced environment

mainly paid container rate not per hour therefore the boys are motivated to work straight through so they can leave earlier.
Contractor Labour & Forklift Operator (Current Employee) - Melbourne Western Suburbs VIC - 23 April 2020
unpacking contents of freight containers on the pallets and wrapping completed pallets and staging of these wrapped pallets with a forklift. if boys work quicker their hourly earnings increase because they can leave when their job is done.
Pros
duration depends on work effort
Cons
could be cold storage, container delays and can be mentally and physically frustrating.

Stress free work
Manual Labourer Contractor (Former Employee) - Melbourne VIC - 22 October 2019
The work didn't give any stress, easy at time and harder at other times. The work involved team work, and without a team it made the work harder to do

Fork Lift Driver ( Team Leader) (Former Employee) - Melbourne VIC - 22 October 2019
The worker are very good as most of them come from overseas and this is a perfect place to start their lives in Australia, management are that not good they know people come from overseas and need work so they take advantage and threat people.

Good culture but wages are not fair
Forklift Driver (Former Employee) - All around Melbourne - 6 August 2019
Great crew to work with but management got greedy and cut wages it’s a hard job and the salary involved is not fair. It use to be work hard get rewarded now your hard work goes becomes just another number to balance the amount of inexperienced staff which is hired daily
Pros
Easy to get a job if you have a vehicle
Cons
Break your back if you stay long enough

Container unloader/Process Worker (Former Employee) - Altona VIC - 4 September 2018
Would Work from 6 onwards, had great times meeting different peaopl taking on 40ft containers and seeing all kinds of different variety in products. Easy part is just staying on task, hard part is the transfer of weight if technique is not on par with pace of work. Injuries major ones at that can occur. the culture was always happy and well mannered.
Pros
coffee
Cons
Inexperienced forkies

good employees, tough work
Container Labourer (Former Employee) - Melbourne Western Suburbs VIC - 4 December 2016
while you work with good people, moving the products inside the truck container can be very taxing on the body as they are heavy. Management is not the greatest but has improved since i started.
Pros
work with good people
Cons
