On average, how many hours do you work a day at 7-Eleven?

Depends on a few things, including the culture of that particular 7/11, your age, what you were hired for etc.
My normal shift was 5hrs in the evening (5-10pm), but if I was on nightshift it would be 8hrs (10pm - 6am).They usually give me two shift a week and each shift was for 8 hours each.

It can vary. If your manager likes you they will give you multiple 8 hour shifts. If they don’t then you will get 1 or 2 three hour shifts
