Product Data Coordinator in Queensland, Australia

Great people, management and leadership lacking
Very cliquey, if you aren’t part of the inner circle, good luck! Salary is well below hours and expectations of the role, with no bonus included (except if you include the worthless stock option). Upsides include great colleagues and good vibes. Staff discount is great.

Great company to work for
Been there for just over 3 years and really enjoy working there. Management are effective/honest and suportive. You can earn some descent money while working 38h a week without overtime. Work environment is inclusive and stress free ( my opinion ). Of course not everything is perfect but many improvement have been done over the years.

Amateur, Unprofessional Company
Minimum wage base plus "Uncapped Commission!" except the goal posts are moved every year and the company is insistent on winning a race to the bottom for pricing meaning earnings and margins are unsustainable and customer service suffers.Team Leaders are chewed up and spat out by terrible leadership who are more interested in chanting the company line than doing the right or smart thing. Not a ba...

Rewards program is unfair and mismanaged and should be reviewed as it's very political and destructive to motivation. This organisation focuses on profit over people and low market salaries for extreme manual workloads. Leadership is not willing to listen ...
