I had to ask for time off three weeks in advance it wasn’t easy getting Time off

Productive work plenty of work to do not enough money dispatchers work always on point other than that an order was a productive Towing Company. Opportunities to advance if willing to work hard

Pros

Management on point

Cons

Pay

It’s a living

They’ll have you running your butt off when it’s busy. And have you sit to the yard if it’s not. The pay is okay but you’ll have to run twice as hard to earn a decent check

Working for A and R is not an easy task because it requires to always be on a fast pace but over all the benefits make it worth it. That is if its a full time. I was only part time so 3 days a week was not working for me and I decided to move on.

Really good place too work, not hard of a work job.

The Job and the people is great. People help you along the way. They do what it takes to get the job done. The company is all for work, and they believe in never leaving a man behind. Safety is always first.

Pros

1 hour lunch break, and chill time every now and then

Cons

Worst pay.

Not very busy

Learnt how deal with different customers however was easy to keep on top of cleaning the store and stocking up and it wasn’t very busy the hardest part was morning when it was school time as there had to be a member of staff watching at all time

Pros

Free lunch

Cons

Days feel long

if your a hard worker and catch on quick its a great job

not a bad place to work, you do work long hours and it can be very labour intensive but if your strong enough and like to make lots of money with little home life then concrete pumping is the life for you.

Pros

making lots of money

Cons

long hours

Friendly place to work

A friendly place to work, and a great opportunity for training in an international setting. Really enjoyed my time. Located near the metro, and local park for nice lunches.

One of the Worst managements around

the job wasnt bad but the off the wall hours and days with the poor and shady management it's not worth it. don't get pulled into there scam. and if your smart dont let them put the insurance for the company vehicle in your name. I didn't and it cost me my job but theres bound to be accidents.

Pros

the money wasbt bad if you just work all the time

Cons

poor hours and sleep

me gusto mucho porque trabajar de cara al publico me gusta y como trabas en venta y alquiler cada persona tiene un problema y tambien me gustaba escuchar a mis clientes mientras me contaban sus problemas y les intentaba ayudar o animar.

Most drivers disapprove

A&R is a very carless company. Some drivers have even sought lawsuits because of "loss or misplaced taxes" this company only cares for their gain and nothing about their emplyees. Lots of driver have quit working with this company within the last 3-6 months .

Pros

customers

Cons
