competitive and poor management.

call-job. usually they make schedule every Friday but it changes a lot. also the company culture is really poor. the male manager doesn't respect the workers, and fire people easily, judge people in 3 minute. they only want us to do faster everyday. we need to do faster than yesterday. afternoon shift crews need to clean the area (include machine) everyday and deep-cleaning for every Friday. payment also different very often so you need to check your payment every week.

The job was processing olives. Boxing them correctly. Then write the correct date on them. Putting them on a pallet. For it to be shipped both inner and outer state.
