Stressful Environment

Credit controller
Days go quick here, phone continually rings with queries etc.
A lot of data entry as well with spreadsheets of direct deposits daily plus daily banking.
Monthly statements at this job.
I look after NSW & QLD accounts which consist of roughly 500+ customers.
Hardest part of my job is getting credit notes processed by our sales dept before the end of the month.What would you say about your employer?
