It can be a company if get rid off the back supervisor employ people that what to work to gever as a team you need to get rid off all the bad eggs have works who won't to be there

great company to work for

we had a variety of work and worked on different systems which operate a submarine ,we learned to be self reliant and also that there were systems in place to go to for information ,the management team I found were young with aii the paper qualifications but not enough time on the tools, the workplace culture was good and I found everybody willing to work in with you,the hardest part of the job was travelling home from work as it normally took me an hour and 15 mins to an hour and a half to get home.ifound the most enjoyable part of tnhe job for me was seeing the boats leave the dock at the end of the service and return to the navy . very satisfying.
