The industry does not allow much time to relax.
Very high pace and high expectations. Time management is very necessary in order to achieve all kpi's. Dont take jobs personally.Cleaner in Brisbane QLD

Management was poorly executed, missed managed and things handled incorrectTeams were not communicating N to busy blaming each other for their mistakesI can't work under these circumstances it's not healthy to run and operated a business in this manner Following up temp fences in Carrum Downs VIC

My opinion would be i didnt enjoy sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day as im too active. The job itself has given me alot of experience in customer service, building my confidence and working with others. My co-workers were fantastic always willing to help when needed. The most enjoyable part of this job for me was we had the radio on and had a very relaxed environment which made us be able to work harder and enjoy ourselves at the same time.What would you say about your employer?
