hard but productive and fun

Fun place to work

Awesome place to work fair pay and weekends off the owner is the best boss ever anyone who works here would love the job this is definitely a job worth working if you like to clean never had a problem with the owner she’s a great lady and as long as you do your job how she wants it done she is just awesome I can’t say anything bad about her or the job at a-1 cleaning I recommend this company to anyone who enjoys cleaning and is serious about there job

Flexibility

The jobs are pretty easy. You mostly work after businesses close. The pay for most places is great. Some of the larger places should pay more. Great management.

Great place to work

Great people. Great place to work. They work with your schedule if u have kids and stuff. They are friendly. Super funny extremely easy to get along with. Down to earth and helpful. I personally enjoy being on my own and that was rear so it was a deal breaker for me 70% of the time you ended up paired with someone else which does kind of effect your pay. Pay was the same as everywhere else 16.00 an hour. If your at a 4 hour clean alone u get paid that 4 hours but if u are with someone it gets cut in half so your there for only 2 hours which is where u lose pay and u almost are always with someone. That was the only downfall I seen over and above that it was a wonderful place to work

Active work

Work kept me on my feet and active throughout the day, which is exactly what I sought. Colleagues were nice and enjoyable to work with, and the management were fair and honest.

Work hrs are flexible Caring owner works with employees A wide variety of locations and job details Pay rates depend of work details for given jobs nuts usually fair wages

Fast paced work environment

Hard work , alot of driving, fun atmosphere. Well rewarded job. Steady flow of work, independent work environment, fast learning job skill, no benefits or 401k

A nice place to work.

A typical day at work involves cleaning office buildings. I learned how to properly clean a building and office space. Management was Great worked with you. The hardest part of the job was making sure the building was as clean as it needs to be. The most enjoyable part of the job is cleaning by yourself.

Great Company

I learned a lot working for A1 Cleaning. The owners of the company are really great and fair people. The best part about doing the job some of the stuff we found at these houses we could keep.

Nice employer

In the time that I worked at a1 cleaning I did not get that many hours . That was the only thing I would have changed about it. While I worked there we were cleaning a newly built hotel cleaning up after construction workers.

This was a awesome company to work for. Not only we're there room for growth but also advancement and promotions and you get to meet a lot of military personals

I loved doing this work

It was hard work but I enjoyed all aspects of it. The freedom of working for myself was the best part of it. I worked very hard to get the business up and running, it was very successful until the contractor I was sub contracting for went out of business.

Its nice knowing you put in a hards day work

A typical day of work was me buffing or waxing floor or strip. Mopping and sweeping . I learn that theirs a lot done in keeping companies floors clean. The hardest part of the job was staying up until late the next morning. The most enjoyable part was knowing you put in a hards day work!

over all commercial cleaner

changed on a daily base's mostly bond cleans,builders cleans, office&bank cleans, doing windows, floors t-baring wall ceeling.

I worked at night and was in charge of a small crew

My typical night would be spent cleaning various businesses and checking up on employees working at other places. My co- workers for the most part were hard working and honest, but there was always that occassional trouble maker. The hardest part of my job was constantly supervisor men who were older than me to make sure that they didnt steal anything from the clients. The most enjoyable part of my job was being able to have fun with my employees while working and get paid for doing a good job.

made pretty good money and some good friends. i also built up our client list

dishonest employees who stole and hurt the companies reputation and wear and tear on my vehicle
