Was told the delivery locations would be rotated and you wouldnt be going into london every day. However this was total BS. You average at 15 hour days so no family life whatsoever. You are blamed for all issues that arise as the leaders were the managers son and his mate.

Avoid! Manager is awful!

Avoid at all costs. Manager is awful and speaks to staff like they’re nothing. Long hours awful pay. Everything is made to be your fault and there is 0 training. You sit as a drivers mate for a couple days and then go out by yourself. If something isn’t loaded on the van and the night loaders haven’t marked it as a discrepancy then they blame you to say you have given it elsewhere.

Relaxed and Fair

Delivery Driver(Current Employee) - Nuneaton, Warwickshire - 4 December 2020

Typically early starts but then what job isn't these days, your van is loaded in drop order for you and all ready to go on your arrival. Basically work to your own initiative all day, manager is always at hand to answer calls and deal with problems should they arise. Competitive rate of pays for the job, lots of miles to cover on some routes but thats a typical delivery driver for you. Great company to work for and very fair when considering annual leave etc.

If you value your health & home life don't even go here. You are expected to start at 5am most mornings regardless of what time you eventually got home the night before. Heavy items that were loaded onto your van by forklift ... you have to handball off sometimes at residential premises with no help. Dont think these people have even heard of health & safety. bend every regulation
