ABC motors

Abc motors has decent autos , service department is closing , worked 8 years for them , it was a good place to work and they did try to make customers happy

Overrall a very good experience

Learn a lot with the different floats of different types and brand of vehicles abc motors have like fiat, alfa romeo, porche, nissan, jmc, Chrysler, jeep, infinity, eicher

Learn and Improve

I may not be the best but I always do my best. I always try to improve myself upon good suggestions and opinions of anyone. I like to work out of my comfort zone, allowing me to experience other facets of works. A company's image is the most important thing as well as maintaining a good profitability.

Good honest people to work for and with.

Typical day involved filing, answering phones, bank deposits, etc. ABC motors is an easy work place. The management is awesome. Honesty and up front dealings made it a wonderful place to work.

A life Changing experience.

It all started after my return from Australia, from where I suffered a knee injury. Few weeks after my arrival, and recovering from my knee injury, I received a call from ABC Motors Co. Ltd, where I had applied for a "Engineering/Technical Position". After going through the interview and achieving employment, this is where I learnt most of the things that I had never learnt in school or university. During my stay at ABC Motors, with the work load, and subordinates, I have learnt how to lead a team, in a friendly way and at the same time being their leader and giving them guidance in the work flow. My job at ABC Motors helped me to understand the concept of "Working" , communicating, negotiating, planning, KPI, Quality Management, Maintenance, responsibility, but the main part, working in a friendly environment where each and everyone contribute to the learning and benefit of each other and the company. Whether it was a senior colleague or just a technician, I have always learnt something from each of them, which varied between technical to emotion.

Environnement de travail plutot calme et sympa

j'ai acquis une bonne expérience de travail ce qui m'a motivé a aller plus loin et j'ai pu très bien travailler a l'etranger en tant que peintre de carroseries.


les assurances maladies, et l'organisation de fetes de fin d'années.
