The most useful review selected by IndeedOnce you master the studio controls, its then very easy to concentrate presenting the programme.....as well as working from scripts , i'm very good at adlibbing
The most enjoyable part is communicating with listeners and completing a full filling programme.
I work and mix very well with co workers and try and help and encourage them to succeed
Each day you seem to learn something new
Pros
I love Radio and its more like enjoyment not work
Cons
Maybe working in difficult out side conditions
