All the 10 years are miserable grouches, you're not allowed to be happy at ABC. Just the most terrible toxic management, n toxic employees n no breaks

Great place to work!

Understanding of things that come up in your personal life. Anytime you need a day off they say sure . They also do activities outside the work place. They have an open door policy if you have any issue's whether its work or non-work related.

no appreciation for the people making the company rich

they don't care about the people working there. I have seen employees with 20+ years tossed aside without a hesitation for minor offenses that they had no control of. The owners only care about stuffing their wallets. They have the attitude that they can always find another sucker to make them richer so why treat the employees fairly

they tell you to take the good with the bad, but it is more like the bad with the worse

Job Longevity

Employees have exhibited longevity and I believe that is due to the success of the franchise owners (since 1997!) and the products offered. They do a great job of recognizing and compensating employees for outstanding work and offer benefits and bonuses. There is always work to do and the customers are generally thrilled and have been a pleasure to serve.

Love my job with ABC! Management treats employees with respect. They value employees and are great to work with. Pay and benefits are really good. People that work here are friendly and enjoy their jobs.

Management

Gutter Installer/Siding (Former Employee) - River Falls, WI - 24 February 2021

Management seems to have an attitude with people. Raises are a joke here. They reward the lazy the same way they reward hard working people. You have to beg or argue for an additional raise after the initial raise.

Production manager does not have a clue how to put together a production schedule .and is always angry . He makes his short comings every body else's fault

Interest place to work

Taking phone calls, dealing with customers issues and complaints. Worked a lot as the only person in the office most days. Learning new things and ways to use quickbooks and other office programs.
