AAM Group Employee Review

Challenging and More traveling

Management biased and Unprofessional sometimes. Favouritism and more racial discrimination. The most enjoyable part of the job was always working away from the office. I learned a number of different systems and got to see places I never thought I would.

Pros

Learned new survey systems

Cons

Shifting blame when systems were not up to scratch or performing

Learnt a lot about survey

Age of aircraft and training methods were a concern. Opportunities to see a lot of Australia. Management style was very reactionary and I found it hard to adapt to.
