Don’t answer a question in a roundabout way of not actually answering. Don’t blatantly tell candidates or staff anything that is contradictory. Because they remember and it ruins morale. Don’t tell them how well the company has done or how the company cares so much about customers by sending them vouchers during covid and advertising it everywhere. Then cut staff bonuses in half and say it’s because of covid. The same staff who have worked relentlessly during the pandemic. Not good Suncorp/AAMI
