A great place to work
Managing Director (founder/owner) (Former Employee) - Temple, PA - 31 July 2019
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedAAT is a great place to work primarily because of its culture. If you like to be challenged and you can handle making calculated decisions, you're at the right company.
Management was always seeking for inputs how and where to improve; employee input is always considered.

AAT is excellent company to work. The team is very supportive and the management is approachable. The company also promotes a hybrid working model. ..

It was really good I learnt how to eat ;lunch at my desk and speak on the phone, it was terrific. The management was pretty good too, hardest part of the job would have to be the job itself.

Great company to work for
Director of engineering (Former Employee) - Temple, PA - 14 July 2019
One of my best experience so far. The company went through growing pains, but senior leadership listened to feedback from both the customers and employees improving the workspace and their business.
What I really appreciated is that senior management created a welcoming culture for their employees. Failers are embraced and used as encouragement to do better the next time, which to me and other team members is very much appreciated.

Current employee
Ops (Current Employee) - Ops - 13 August 2018
Basically it’s a dull, unfriendly office environment with a load of fake, unbothered managers. The team morale is low due to bad management. If your looking for a happy work environment, don’t even bother. Just speaking honestly from experience.
Pros
Working hours
Cons
Bad pay and bad management

Customer Service
Customer Service Advisor (Former Employee) - Barbican - 6 August 2018
Very bad company to work for, pay is low and managers like to bully staff. They promote the favourites.
They like to catch people out and disciplinary action is taken without following any guidelines.
They pile work on you and there is no care towards home life, the CEO talks rubbish about the company basically AAT is a poor qualification and not recognised like ACCA.
Pros
Easy to commute
Cons
Low pay managers bully staff

Very stressful and unfair

AAT was a company tht made you work crazy hours with no benefits or room fo growth. The pay was not fair and they sometimes would delay paychecks up to 4 or 5 working business days.

Sales and marketing (Current Employee) - London, ENG - 6 April 2015
It's a very nice company to work in. Our sales team is great, there are plenty of young people and the atmosphere is really relaxed but also eveyone is doing there work and contributing.
Our main manager is a great person who listens to his team members and appreciates their work, effort and time. He is also very approachable.
