Outdated and lousiest management; HR is filled with lies

The LGL (local, global, local) way of running the company is to ensure that the parent company takes no responsibility but is interested only in profits. They have no concern whatsoever with absence of capable leaders and mediocrity.
The Director of India, MEA HR and so called leadership team (who are not officially announced as leaders but you have to assume that 4-5 ppl in the company are close to the Director and are therefore leaders). These ppl are very rude and uncivil in their behaviour.
Experienced ppl pls don't join. If you do so it is at your sole risk. Nobody will help you, especially HR. The person you report to will also not take any decisions. The best part is that, right from the top, everybody behaves RUDELY with new joinees. The attrition figure proves itself.
The habit of experimenting with the careers of ppl - first recruit and throw them out in 6 months is not doing any good to the company. It has already damaged reputation in the market.
Also note, that nobody shares information with new joinees as part of the uncivil culture created by the management itself.

Constant guidance from the Regional and the Global unit, reviewed earlier. Good local Manufacturing support within the Country itself, so speed of inventory is assured.

The weeks at work are well planned and constant review opportunities, help employees to stay focussed. The Company is in a Market leadership position, so there is a lot of guidance and Coaching available from Seniors.

Useless Management

No professionalism. Indian management useless. Lot of favouritsm. No parity in salary. One Group "D Staff gets more salary than a Departmental Head (MBA). The GM (P&L) is not at all a deserving candidate. He was earlier kicked out from other Competetor Companies like SAF Yeast & Kothari Fermentation (twice).

Nothing to tell good for this company. Nobody should join and destroy his career

A Good Place to Work

Learnrd the IPM supply chain of chilly , here management was good and my co-workers are very co-operative. Its a nice time to work but change is unavoidable thing so..need to shift any other company related chilly,seed production or product development like pesticides etc..
