Most unorganised workplace

LABORATORY ASSISTANT (Former Employee) - Adelaide - 13 November 2019

Horrible place to work. Everything is that unorganised that I'm sure they will help kill someone one day. Specimens left lying all day and even put into the fridge overnight. Manager and her lacky are bullies. All I got from that place was harassment.

Received a high volume of workload at the maximum. Non productive at the least when production slows down. I gained new tasks and different attitudes. Management expects progress for its own prospective in an organisation and therefore a decision is a must. Such a small organisation and co-workers know each other so well. The hardest part is seeing me that do well and changed. The most enjoyable part is when I deliver good deed and made a co-worker/patient smile.
