To be able to communicate with client who may have higher expectation of repairs that need completing & what's on task sheet.
Back check any questionable repairs with management for advise on proceeding with repair or wait for further inspection.
Safety of clients property & safe working environment at all times.
Keeping the client happy & smoothing out any misunderstanding from management & client, leaving the client happy at end of visit.
Having a satisfied client who is happy to have you back if further repairs are needed.
