What career opportunities does Absolute offer nursing students?
At Absolute, caregivers that have completed their Bachelors/Diploma of Nursing are eligible to apply for the Community Nursing Program.
Through this program, nursing students gain valuable experience working with members of the community to improve their independence and health outcomes so they can continue to live in their own homes.

Our warm, friendly team is committed to supporting you throughout your Absolute career journey. Each caregiver works with a dedicated care coordinator to help manage their shifts, and we operate a 24/7 staff support line if you ever need assistance during an out of hours shift.
As part of our ‘open door’ policy we encourage staff to visit the Absolute offices at any time to talk with care coordinators and share their feedback.
We provide regular opportunities for continuous professional development through our online learning platform, face-to-face group training and on-the-job vocational training.
As an accredited care provider (ISO 9001: 2015 Standard), we ensure a safe workplace for our team members by conducting home safety assessments for all clients before staff start working with them. Caregivers also decide whether or not they would like to work with each client.
