Its good and major chunk of people are satisfied with company's vision.
There is a constant connect that takes place monthly or quarterly depending on your location and type of project with the management.
Management is very powerful. Harassment happens openly and HR is under manager in every project. So if you raise a grievance against a manager , you are in a big trouble. Management behaves with juniors like they are their employers and not accenture. Very difficult place to be for a knowledgeable person. Only political masters and a lot of butter can survive.
