Accenture has good clients. Most of the work is in the US. You will work for fortune 500 clients. At time of employee review there is a laddering which means certain percentage of peer group will be rated as below peer group impacting compensation

Misrepresented bill rate vs pay rate

Accenture was billing me at 3 times the rate I was being paid. I found this out after 2.5 years I o the contract. The client expectations were triple the skills I had and not the proper way to do business. I will never work for Accenture again.
