you have to start your work with basics and hygiene. As soon as you start you have to check your station or working area, you have to organise what you need for the service. i learn some techniques of cooking and it really help me. the workplace is amazing, they value every employee they have.
Usually have enough time to prep, i learned a few new things when it comes to cooking. the kitchen team is great , the head chef is the best boss you could have hardest part would be when many orders come in at once but with the right prep and team work everything would run smoothly
late hours, rotating roster
I loved working at the Vines. The location was so pristine! We had kangaroos in our door step. It was very short drive to and drom work as we lived in Ellenbrook then. The kitchen was a very energetic place, and all the other chefs and cooks got on really well. My favourite part about working at the vines was the themed menu nights we did. I got to cook moroccan food, indian food, arabic food, asian food etc. I made a few great friends and really got a taste of the relaxed way of life that West Australians enjoy. And still nothing beats the location!
Location location location! Gym access
i no longer work there and I miss it
fun team to work with..all the workers were like family to me.. we worked as a team. there were few ups and downs as usual work place. stress was there too. but at the end of the day we were like family and complement each other .
