Avoid Act for Kids, Poor Workplace, Poor Management,

POOR Management - Have no idea what they are doing. No structure/guidance, workplace health and safety beyond a joke; expectations to put self at risk of harm. How they even got the funding to expand contract is beyond me. Gate-keeping of reporting to child-safety is utterly ridiculous.
