exciting to learn new things

bit challenging while learning new things. bit harder to fit in but trying to adjust sooner. bit excited to manage things faster. not sure more as i had joined this week. so can't say anything it would be sooner to make decision on the basis of just few days.

Management qualifications quiet poor

Low management are not qualified do not listen staff with more experience that them They like spending time in gossip believing it make them more powerful Work assessment based on their skills and knowledge which can be very wrong and to a certain extent quiet stupid
