Customer Service ConsultantMy role at AIA was to deliver outstanding customer service to the customers and to the advisers who are apart of the broker network. My role was 100% inbound phone role that included working closely with other departments of the business like the administration and underwriting teams to achieve a common goal of satisfying the customer. Achievements in this role include: • Numerous letter to management about my outstanding service provided to brokers and clients • Maintain KPI’s and SLA’s • Mentor new staff members with Policy & Procedures as situations occurred.
