Horrendous place to work
Absolutely disgusting place to work. As others have said, no training, no support. Higher management have no idea what they're doing. They offer little to no support to staff or clients. Discriminatory towards staff with disabilities (figure that) Appalling conduct No training programs or L & D No clients (which is obvious why are working there) Impersonal Disrespectful Neglectful They are very quick to throw people under the bus for their own short comings as a business. I truly hope they continue to lose contracts. Area Manager in Sydney NSW

Productive and fun workplace
Aimbig is one of the best employers I have worked with. Leadership are people focussed and offer a supportive and productive environment for its employees. Consultant in Mount Gravatt QLD

Awful experience
Aimbig treat there staff very badly, not a place to work, highly untrained managers and leaders, will not recommend this provider to anyone. Had a very bad experience with them and couple of other staff are also struggling there.Job Coach in Central Coast NSW

Worst Company to work for
There is no training or support. Thier tactics with clients are not ethical and they have been through a royal commission for how they mistreat thier clients. The only reason they win business awards is because the forced all employees to fill out the surveys as part of thier job duties. Management fro. The very top bully down and that culture continues through out every aspect of your role. None in Sydney NSW

No support and no proper training . Has to stay after shift to get things done. Managers are too lazy so they just hand over their work.
Overall I won’t recommend this company. They only see their staff as numbers. They are asking too much to stay back after shift just to get their money. What would you say about your employer?
