Waiting staff and bar staff are very helpful and easy to work with. Shifts with the younger managers are always better, however too much family involvement, hence there is discrimination and abuse of authority. The kitchen and FOH staff don't get along too well.

I don't want to write. this review but I got no choice its good to work out and can be stressful at time but hey. that is work just pray you can finish your shift without crying I guess

Cliquey environment

Very cliquey, if you haven't been there forever then you're forever looked at as a "newby". Management were sometimes very unforgiving and they expect a lot from you

I wouldn’t recommend working here unless you have to

The hours can be very long and late, but during the day it’s quiet dead unless it’s a holiday. The owners can be difficult to work for, as they don’t always view their staff as equals. The pays alright, but really the only decent thing about the place are the staff you work with

Busy Nights and Casual Afternoons

The restaurant gets very busy at night and over Christmas (seasonal). but overall, it could be considered a busy place. Management can get a bit demanding. However, the rest of the staff is very friendly.

Fun work enviorment

It was a great place to work and i took many skills from the job. They taught me skills that i would use everyday. Customer service was held in high regard and that is something that i loved aswell.

Busy working environment

Ordering food and delivering food. Learnt to multitask and carry 3 plates whilst walking around busy areas. Hardest part of the job was that the owner was very strict and made it difficult to enjoy the job.

Work Experience

Working for this company for 5 days really showed me the overall environment of a busy workplace. I have learnt how to take orders and serve food to customers in a professional and enthusiastic way. The manager was caring and was very excited to recruit me for a few days to show me the life through a waitperson's eyes. The co-workers were very very nice to me and gave me tips to make drinks and to serve people, according to their experience. The hardest part of the job was working for 6 hours and not looking exhausted infront of the customers, however the experience was very enjoyable and is cherished until today

The owners are not the sort of people you want to work for, they look down on you and never appreciate you.
