Constant micromanagement, no communication, horrible remuneration, toxic atmosphere. Ridiculous KPIs that are impossible to be met. All management possess the no excuse mentality.

was a good place to work for good money

a typical days work depended on the orders and litres than needed to be picked.
start 8 am do morning orders pick and tint paint have smoko
do larger orders pick more orders go home and start the next day
simular repetitive type of wok. hardest part was urgent jobs with the customer waiting.
