Unfortunately, in the case of apprenticeship schemes, we work with an external learning provider whom should have relayed our feedback to any potential apprentice following the interview. We recommend that the relevant applicant follow up with the learning provider if this is the case. Outside of the apprenticeship scheme, the applicant should reach out to our HR Department directly via telephone and we will be happy to discuss the matter further.
To our knowledge, no application processes have been left outstanding and we have been unable to locate any e-mail correspondence to this effect; however, we shall endeavor to resolve this matter upon direct contact with the relevant party. It is our policy to provide feedback following interviews however we cannot comment further on any specific application status to non-applicants or applicant’s family members.
