Amazing work life balance
Consultant (Current Employee) - Pinjarra WA - 2 February 2023
Having been with the company close to 4 years, they have really advanced their flexibility which I find is a stand out in comparison to others working in the same industry (obviously role permitting) - the team are great and everyone is very welcoming and supportive. Would like to see more career development opportunities in the future.
Pros
Leisure/Flexi days on top of annual leave and flexibility with start and finish times
Cons
Global structure means your evenings can involve a lot of calls

Average place to work
Engineering (Current Employee) - Pinjarra WA - 31 January 2023
Average place to work. Less support from management & pushing for high production. Team members are in little frustration. Lots of barries between job layes. Close to home is one of the most good thing less whinging, more support and more team building. Management needs to support new employees and not leave them to hang with toxic culture employees waiting for retirement. environment is toxic aswell.
Pros
Close to home
Cons
Stressfull

Managers and higher up push you to increase production with no acknowledgment or rewards, taking all bonuses away..
Prod Op, Refinery, Fix Plant, TA, Blast, Rehab + (Former Employee) - Huntley, McCoy, Miara, Del Park, Pinjarra - 4 October 2022
I love my colleagues and the team environment within the various crews I work with. I love the various roles I performed within the industry with a good salary provided. The managers, apart from maybe a few, do not care about their workers/crews unless they can benefit from them and had good rapport. There is a lack of support, respect and equality. They have taken all the fun away of going to work.
Cons
No food provided. Long Hours including travelling (14hr shifts)
