Although there are no in-store discounts, there is a partnership with WHEREFIT that has discounts on gyms, healthy meals, supplements, activewear, etc.
The only thing you get from Aldi is overworked
Come on..discount on a 14p tin of beans ! Not needed prices are great on their own
We do not receive discounts but the prices are cheap enough anyway and they look after us in other ways i.e. we get paid well and alot more than what other company's pay out plus we get a yearly bonus, every year between £200/300 depending on how long you have been with the company. We also receive a gift card with money at christmas to spend as we like in store. So not getting discounts isn't really a big issue if they weren't so good with us then maybe it would be a issue but we really are well looked after 😊
Aldi don't give any staff discounts which is a poorly.
It's low enough
Nil discount
No staff discount
Aldi does not give a Christmas bonus. In December as a part of the first full pay or before the 20th of December, employees receive a payment for their annual leave loading in a lump sum. This is not a bonus it is an entitlement set out in the award. The percentage needed to calculate this entitlement is not specified in the award.
No discount for groceries. But you receive bonuses in other ways - free staff fruit, christmas bonus, above average pay with afternoon, weekend, overtime and public holiday rates etc.
