What is the company culture like at ALDI?

5 answers

High spirited, efficient, practical, goal driven, customer focused, motivating

Aldi is a very tough and physical place to work, but the culture is great. You work with a small team of about 15 people in a store, so the moral is great because everyone knows each other well and works together - they even give you team bonding days to go and do an activity together outside of work. The company makes you feel valued, supported, respected and treat you fairly. There are plenty of learning and promotional opportunities. It is a fast paced, challenging and motivating workplace as you are always being pushed to achieve your best results every shift and it is rewarding when you meet your targets.

Fair and respectful, results and goal oriented, teamwork, challenging, well structured.

Poor culture and it starts at the top and its clearly visible throughout the ware house. Its a topic most employees talk on a daily basis
