They were 1 of the last supermarkets to put up screens. Alot of the things they were advising the public they were doing to protect them and staff from covid were not actually happening in stores. They did not have anyone keeping track of the amount of people in store at 1 time. We were still made to work on the shop floor during operating hours, it was almost impossible to keep a distance from customers.

Contract was 45 hours a week. Have opened and closed the store myself many times 6am-9pmYou can do excess of 60hrs a week easily and they'll still expect more

Being a part time whit Aldi I think it's almost you thinking as really full time work because you will there pretty much every day or night, so Aldi for me it's my house or everything because if I am who I am to day it's because of aldi and so make me proud for who I am today
