They were 1 of the last supermarkets to put up screens. Alot of the things they were advising the public they were doing to protect them and staff from covid were not actually happening in stores. They did not have anyone keeping track of the amount of people in store at 1 time. We were still made to work on the shop floor during operating hours, it was almost impossible to keep a distance from customers.

It was strongly discouraged by Aldi Policy to use cash registers as calculators. However, exemptions were made only for certain kind of people.

Contract was 45 hours a week. Have opened and closed the store myself many times 6am-9pmYou can do excess of 60hrs a week easily and they'll still expect more

No you need and RSA to sell alcohol you need to be 18. You are trained for all areas in the store. Including sale of alcohol.
