Company going downhill

Used to be a great company to work for however expectation got more and more unreasonable over the years. Company comes first and people after. If you are young and single you might enjoy it for while but if you have a family it is impossible.

Work hard and be rewarded. Genuine investment in personnel growth and development provided by the company. Large network of colleagues to lean on for support and guidance. Clear structured expectations and pathways to achieve outcomes.

Great training and career development. Family like team. Great pay and bonuses .Not so great work life balance as a manager or team leader consistent overtime but recieve time in lieu
