Manager (Current Employee) – Melbourne VIC – 13 June 2019
You work your asss off for this company and when your no more value to them good bye they will find anything to fire you. disgusting company with bad morals when you get to know WHO they REALLY are because from the outside the company looks clean and good what goes on inside much different.
Store Manager (Current Employee) – Western Australia – 11 June 2019
Great place to work if you are in a good store, and with a good manager, fast pace environment, good company culture, long hours for full timers not enough breaks, good to place to progress but not after if you are a Store Manager, from there you need to have a degree, no opportunity of you don't have one even if you are a super star.
Area managers in general are OK but lack of help many times and they all have different ways of doing things and that can be frustrating. No much experience in some of them and same with some long suit bosses, too young to be where they are without knowing how to manage their position.
Because of this issues, really high turnover and no managers or people with experience in the company.
Making it harder to the ones that are still there.
Good people and pay but long hours
You are just a sheep for Aldi, no matter how good you are, they don't care
