'Good team, good people, good friends but some managers were clearly out looking to impress their managers, hunting down and escalating mistakes that could have been easily overlooked.' Sydney NSW, Australia The good things The pay is definitely above industry grade. Because there aren't many co-workers, we all were tight knit. The challenges Lots of physical work to do in a short span of time if you're a part of the opening or the closing team. Register work can be boring because of long hours on it. While sitting and working sounds good, you soon realise your back and arms do not like it.

Hard work with steady pay
A company that expects you to be a robot and work your butt off with no praise for doing so. Very hard and heavy work load expected in short time frames. There is no flexibility or balance for work/life. My family suffers a lot due to very un balanced rostering. Customers quite often get upset as there are no staff on the floor to help with enquiries due to running only 2-3 staff per shift.
Pros
You get salary as a permanant part time employee
Cons
Very hard work, no balance with life
