Bad Management and bad work culture.

Management do not care about their staff. They are constantly understaffed and care more about shifts being covered then staff wellbeing. Meaning, majority of the time you are working with agency (people who don't know what they are doing). Extremely unhealthy and toxic environment as PCA, RN and admin staff rely heavily on FSA staff.

Toxic

Don’t even care if they see this the only perk about the place was the residents and most co workers! Most TOXIC place ever, management is disgusting (rude to both staff and residents), receptionists rude and got forbid if you ever call in sick! Save yourself the stress and the mental health and just don’t even consider working at LILYDALE

Good to work with Ality but some politics amongst others

Job is easy but politics amongst the staff is not good. There are different thoughts for the same job with different people that is my perception. Though I, Started my journey as a paid aged care worker after my work placement of 260 hrs at bene .
